Finally Safari has extensions HOORAY! here are the best/most useful ones I’ve found so far.

As you would expect this extension blocks ads (unlike adblock for chrome which just hides them)

Probably my favourite extension so far as it uses html5 video instead of flash and also the player looks better than the default html5 player youtube has

Basically makes the status bar only appear when you hover over a link like it does in Google Chrome
